How To Register:

• A parent/guardian must complete the registration on https://canby-or.finalforms.com/
• An OSAA approved physical form (English / Spanish) must be submitted every 2 years.
• Students must sign-up to take the Impact (concussion) test.
• Athletic fees are not assessed until after tryouts.

Snowboarding Important Information

Athletes must be fully cleared on the https://canby-or.finalforms.com/ site prior to December 1st, 2025.

Snowboarding and Ski teams will ride the same bus to the mountain.
