2026 SEASON REGISTRATION:

Please ensure that all players are registered by the beginning of fall practice on August 17th! To complete the registration process, follow this link: canby-or.finalforms.com

• Payment is not required at the time of registration; it will be due on the date of our first competition.
• Physicals will need to be completed prior to starting camp on August 17th, if are greater than 2 years old. All incoming Freshman must have one. If your previous physical will expire during the season, they will need to be done prior to August 17th as well. NO EXCEPTIONS per OSAA.
